Write the story

Before planning any action, summarize what the data shows in two or three sentences. Cover what changed, for whom, the likely reason, and what stayed strong. For example:

“Since the switch from paper daily sheets to the family app in August, fewer families feel informed about their child’s day (83% to 61%), and comments point to missing details on meals, naps, and diapering. Evening pickup is also a growing concern for families who pick up after 5:30. Families continue to rate safety and learning highly.”

A short summary like this keeps attention on the most important findings, and it becomes the starting point for Lesson 7.
