The one “rogue” suggestion

Most surveys include at least one request that no one else mentions, such as Saturday care or a new enrichment class. A single suggestion is not a mandate. Consider it if it fits your mission and is feasible. Otherwise, acknowledge it in your results summary and watch for it in future surveys. Two mistakes to avoid: dismissing an idea only because one family raised it, and acting on an idea only because it was strongly worded.
