Course Description

Families are a program’s most direct source of information about how the program is working. This course shows program leaders how to design a family survey that produces useful, trustworthy results, and how to turn those results into clear action steps. You will plan a survey, write questions that lead to action, decide when and how to run it, interpret results from a sample Maryland center, and close the loop with families and staff. Along the way, you will see how survey work connects to Maryland EXCELS and to family retention.

Learning Objectives
