Learning objective: Interpret survey results accurately, accounting for response rate, the shape of responses, mixed results, and open-ended comments.

In this lesson and the next, you will work with survey results from a sample center in Anne Arundel County. The center is licensed for 65 children, with one room each for infants, toddlers, twos, preschool, and pre-K. About 35% of its families receive a Child Care Scholarship. In October, it surveyed all 56 enrolled families using the 13-question survey described in Lesson 3. The survey was anonymous and offered online and on paper.
