Build an ongoing feedback plan
A written plan keeps the survey consistent from year to year, even when leadership changes. It should include:
- Survey months and window length
- The core questions that stay the same every time
- Your minimum reporting threshold
- Who sees raw responses, and where they are stored
- When and how results are shared with families and staff
- Lighter feedback points between surveys, such as exit conversations, new-family check-ins, and a standing question at family conferences
