Beyond the annual survey
Two shorter feedback points are worth adding. An exit survey or conversation with withdrawing families is the most direct retention information a program can collect: families who are leaving are often the most candid. A short new-family survey 60 to 90 days after enrollment catches onboarding problems early. Both follow the same design principles covered in Lessons 2 and 3.
