Keep your core questions consistent

Choose a set of core questions and keep their wording and answer choices identical every time. That is what lets you compare results from one survey to the next, which you will do in Lesson 6. A reworded question is a new question. You can add or rotate a few topical questions each time, such as feedback on a new program or policy, without affecting the core set.
