Sexual harassment is unwelcome conduct of a sexual nature, and it generally falls into two categories:

• Quid Pro Quo — employment decisions (hiring, promotions, raises, job retention) conditioned on submitting to sexual advances or requests for sexual favors
• Hostile Work Environment — pervasive sexual banter, sexually suggestive gestures, unwanted physical touch, or sexually explicit images that create an intimidating or abusive atmosphere
