Accounts payable aging
The AP aging report lists bills the program owes. A healthy program keeps most of its payables in the current bucket.
- Bills sliding into 31–60 or older can mean cash is tight, or that bills are being lost.
- A negative balance means the program paid a vendor more than it owed. That usually signals a duplicate payment. Request a refund or credit.
