Enter your completed week of head count data and the target ratios from Lesson 1 into the Ratio Analysis Template, one tab per classroom. Review the Summary tab and each classroom’s shaded ratio columns. Identify at least one time block or classroom where staffing appears misaligned with your target ratio — either red/yellow (understaffed) or purple (overstaffed) — and write a one- or two-sentence description of what you observed.
