Using an Excel Spreadsheet or Google Sheet, create a table like the example below and record the following for each classroom in your center:

• The age group served
• The COMAR minimum ratio for that age group
• Your program’s target ratio for that classroom (the COMAR minimum, or a stricter standard if that is your practice)
