The template’s Summary tab builds this comparison for you automatically: it lists every classroom with its average ratio for the week and a count of intervals above target, below target, and flagged for no staff. Use it to spot uneven load across classrooms — one room running comfortably at target while an adjacent room shows a high count of purple (or red) intervals at the same hours — which is often where the clearest opportunities for adjustment show up.
