Separating Performance Reviews from Disciplinary Action Meetings

Performance reviews and disciplinary meetings share some elements, but they’re not the same thing and shouldn’t be treated as interchangeable. Reviews are collaborative and development-focused. Keeping the two clearly separated protects the developmental purpose of the review.
